Shipping & Delivery
1. How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 per order for all deliveries within the United States.
2. How long will it take to get my order?
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to process and handle. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only focus on serving customers within the United States.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its progress in real-time.
Returns & Refunds
5. What is your return policy?
Based on our policy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items in new or slightly used condition.
6. Is there a return shipping fee?
No! We offer Free Returns via mail. A prepaid label is usually included in your package or can be requested via email.
7. Do you charge a restocking fee?
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for your returns.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Orders & Support
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Order cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order is sent to fulfillment and cannot be stopped.
10. What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately at support@truemanstyle.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you.
