4. How to Initiate a Return

  • Use the Return Label included in your original shipment. If you cannot find it, we will email you a digital copy to print.
  • Pack the item securely and drop it off at the nearest designated carrier location (USPS/FedEx as indicated on the label).
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Acceptance of Defects & Non-Defects

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Whether the item arrived damaged or you simply changed your mind, you are covered under our 14-day window as long as the product condition remains acceptable (New or Slightly Used).

6. Refunds Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, Truemanstyle will cover all logistics to rectify the error.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Downloadable software products.
  • Final sale items (items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page).

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Truemanstyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your return package is lost by the carrier while being sent back to us, we will honor the refund as long as you have the tracking receipt.

11. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered the handling and shipping process. If you wish to cancel after 12 hours, you will need to follow the standard return process after receiving the item.
